Challenge: Confidential client documents stored on US-hosted public SaaS, creating GDPR exposure and data-sovereignty risk the firm could not resolve on the existing platform.
Solution: Deployed Nextcloud and Rocket.Chat on Docker with SSL/TLS, NGINX reverse proxy, encrypted off-site backups and tested DR runbooks. Migrated all users with zero data loss.
